CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–City Capital Ventures, LLC (“CCV”), a private investment partnership headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, is pleased to announce its growth investment in Feel Good Foods, Inc. (“Feel Good Foods” or the “Company”). CCV is investing alongside Feel Good Foods’ current ownership group led by the Company’s founders, Vanessa Phillips and Tryg Siverson, to provide capital and strategic support for Feel Good Foods’ continued growth. Ms. Phillips and Mr. Siverson will continue to lead the Company.

Based in Brooklyn, New York, Feel Good Foods is a leading provider of chef-inspired, frozen “Better for You” snacks, sides and entrees. From its founding in 2011, the Company is a leader in the gluten-free category, offering everyday global cuisine made with clean, simple all-natural ingredients with no added preservatives, GMOs or fillers. Feel Good Foods can be found nationwide in thousands of conventional, natural, and specialty grocery stores. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
